Prof. Abhishek Agarwal is engaged in teaching, research, academic leadership, and international collaboration. He has served at academic institutions across Bhutan, the United States, Botswana, and India, contributing to curriculum development, accreditation initiatives, engineering education, and applied research.

His academic and research interests include thermal-fluid systems, computational modelling, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, CAD/CAM technologies, smart engineering systems, and sustainable industrial applications. He has supervised multidisciplinary projects and contributed to research in energy systems, HVAC, simulation, optimization, automotive engineering, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

In addition to teaching and research, Prof. Agarwal has actively engaged in industry collaboration, laboratory development, technical training, and student professional development initiatives aligned with outcome-based engineering education. He has collaborated with academic and professional institutions across South Asia, Europe, Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia through research partnerships, technical workshops, engineering conferences, and curriculum initiatives.
