The Department of Mechanical Engineering welcomed the Mid-Term Toppers of Phuentsholing Primary School, accompanied by seven teachers, for an educational visit to the Mechanical Engineering workshop.
During the visit, the students were introduced to engineering concepts, modern machines, and ongoing projects that showcased the practical side of Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Karma Dorji, our workshop technician, guided them through demonstrations and helped the students relate their classroom learning to real-world applications.
The visit offered young learners a glimpse into the exciting world of engineering, sparking curiosity and inspiring future interest in technical fields.
The department continues to encourage and welcome school groups to explore CST’s facilities and learn about the opportunities, innovation, and career pathways within Mechanical Engineering.
