The ASHRAE Student Branch, in collaboration with the Mechanical Engineering programme, conducted a hands-on workshop designed to strengthen students’ practical skills and deepen their understanding of engineering concepts. The session focused on enhancing precision, problem-solving abilities, and real-world application techniques, enabling participants to translate classroom theory into meaningful practice.
Throughout the workshop, students actively engaged in tool handling, measurements, and structured exercises, gaining valuable experience and confidence in technical procedures. The activity emphasised the importance of experiential learning in developing competent and industry-ready engineers. The session was coordinated by Mr. Tenzin and Mr. Lungten, who provided guidance and ensured smooth facilitation of the practical components.
The Mechanical Engineering programme continues to support such hands-on initiatives to help students build strong foundational skills and prepare for future professional challenges.
