CST Hosts IntLeVon Managing Director Mr. Sandeep Thakur for a Transformative Session on Future Learning Technologies

The College of Science and Technology had the privilege of hosting Mr. Sandeep Thakur, Managing Director of IntLeVon Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India, a leading innovator in the field of education technology and digital learning transformation.

Mr. Thakur was warmly received by President Dr. Cheki Dorji and Dean Prof. Agarwal, who welcomed his visionary approach toward redefining learning through advanced and adaptive technologies. His presentation aligned strongly with His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck’s noble vision of empowering Bhutanese youth through world-class education and future-ready skills.

During the interactive session, Mr. Thakur introduced participants to a suite of next-generation learning tools, including:

  • Adaptive Evaluation Systems

  • Flexible and Engaging Learning Models

  • Virtual Reality (VR) Glass–Based Multi-Dimensional Learning Experiences

Participants also took part in a live demonstration of VR Glass technology, experiencing firsthand how immersive environments can transform the way students interact with scientific and engineering concepts.

The event saw the participation of Khenpo Gaikhuri from Milarepa, along with principals and science teachers from various schools, faculty from the Arura Academy of Health Sciences, and students and staff from multiple engineering programs at CST. Their presence reinforced the shared commitment to strengthening Bhutan’s educational ecosystem through innovation and collaboration.

Attendees expressed deep appreciation for the session, acknowledging it as a powerful step toward exploring potential partnerships that can further enhance learning quality, assessment systems, and technological adoption in Bhutan.
